Concrete Cleaners
Citric Acid Concrete & Equipment Cleaner	A concrete cleaner that quickly removes concrete from trucks, forms, and mortar from bricks. This product is non-corrosive and non-fuming. Citric Acid Concrete Cleaner is derived from some of the safest acid and effective detergents on the market.
Premium Concrete Cleaner	Cleans heavily soiled concrete surfaces. Contains alkalis, sequestrants and wetting agents that quickly penetrate soils impregnated in concrete. Contains pine oil.
All Purpose and Glass Cleaners

Rust Preventatives
Phoskote 3405	A multi-purpose rust conversion compound. The special blend of cleaners and degreasers in Phoskote 3405 allows for minimal surface preparation prior to use. On ferrous metals this product produces a heavy, tightly bonded coating that may be painted.

Bathroom Cleaner Concentrate	Bathroom Cleaner Concentrate is a blend of acids wetting agents emulsifiers and chelating agents to cut water spots soap scum and scale on all tile surfaces. This product is safe on stainless steel and chrome. Can be applied with a sponge or sprayed on with a trigger sprayer. Bathroom Cleaner Concentrate leaves surfaces clean and sparkling. Excellent for use through a blend center. This product is designed to be dilueted 1:8 with water. Fresh mint fragrance.
Carpet Cleaner	A powerful alkaline solvent free general purpose cleaner. Will clean and emulsify dirt oil and grease as well as cleaners that contain solvents. Excellent detergent for carpet steam cleaning machines.
Carpet Extraction Shampoo	Formulated for carpet extraction equipment. Brings carpet fibers back to life. Leaves no sticky residue, which attracts soil to carpet. Safe for use on any material that water will not harm.
Carpet Prespotter	Water based stain neutralizer plus detergent for water and petroleum based stains.
Chlorinating Sanitizer	Concentrated stabilized 10% sodium hypochlorite solution. EPA registered.

Complete Bathroom Cleaner	This product safely removes virtually all types of soil from a toilet facility while simultaneously eliminating odors. Contains a mixture of non-fuming acid detergents organic biodegradable wetting agents plus special corrosion inhibitors. Great for porcelain glass shower doors floors and bathroom fixtures.
D/D (Deodorizer	A blended synthetic quaternary ammonium based liquid detergent designed to clean disinfect and deodorize surfaces normally found in food service and restaurant operations. When used at the recommended dilution ratio it will not irritate the skin. This product is safe on all surfaces that can safely washed with water. USDA C1 approved. EPA registered.
Deodorizer Concentrate	Deodorizer Concentrate chemically reacts to eliminate odors. Effective against offensive odors caused by animals mildew laundry smoke tobacco sewage oil and gas. Especially effective in eliminating odors caused by decomposing organic matter. Strong enough to be used in stockyards and sewage plants yet pleasant enough to be used in institutional and housekeeping applications. Excellent for use through a blend center. Powerful neutroleum fragrance. This product is designed to be diluted 1:4 with water.
Third Sink Sanitizer	A very highly concentrated disinfectant. Contains no odorants or artificial colors so it can be used according to the label instructions to disinfect all food contact surfaces without a rinse afterward. Its potency makes it especially suitable for hospital infectious disease control. A 10% quaternary ammonium based liquid. EPA registered.
Dust Mop Treatment	A low odor non-staining liquid treatment for dust mops. Does not product build-up and may be laundered.
Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner	A concentrated all purpose cleaner. Uses the most effective enzyme technology and surfactants on the market. Excellent for removing petroleum based soils.
Enzyme Carpet Spotter / Deodorizer	Uses state of the art brittle surfactants with the added working power of enzymes to remove stubborn stains cleans traffic lanes and deodorizes carpet.

General Purpose Geliquid	This colloidal cleaner provides the cleaning benefits of a solvent emulsion but maintains the stability of a clear liquid. Unlike high alkalinity degreasers GP Geliquid has a mild pH and is exceptionally free rinsing. It is phosphate free thus environmentally friendly and manufactured from non-film forming ingredients so it can actually be used as a glass cleaner. As with our other super concentrates this product will save shipping cost storage space SARA Title III Tier II reporting quality control sampling and blending time. The normal dilution ration is 1:5 with water to make a concentrate.
Greaseneck Neutral	A concentrated neutral ph-based general purpose cleaner emulsifier and dispersant. Removes greasy soils and has many other uses including boosting the action of other detergents. Excellent for floor cleaning machines. Neutral pH.
Greaseneck 1:10	A concentrated butyl based all purpose cleaner and degreaser. May also be used as a medium duty steam cleaner. USDA A1 approved.
Greaseneck 1:40	A concentrated all purpose cleaner degreaser with a pronounced citrus fragrance. This biodegradable environmentally friendly liquid is an exceptional cleaning tool for removal of both animal fat and petroleum-based soils. It is especially designed for food plants restaurants and maintenance work. Contains d-Limonene.
Graffiti Remover	Heavy duty solvent based cleaner which will remove most graffiti markings including ink crayon and scuff marks found in public places without damaging surfaces. Can be used on aluminum steel glass concrete porcelain brass chrome marble and brick. Leaves a pleasant citrus fragrance.


Lemon Oil Polish	Furniture polish with a lemon scent. Contains a well balanced blend of moisturizing protecting and cleaning agents. Will not produce an unwanted build up on the surfaces being cleaned.
Lemon Quat	A quaternary ammonium cleaner and odor counteractants. Recommended for hard surface cleaning where odors are a problem. Fresh lemon scent.

Microbial Floor Cleaner	A heavy duty microbial based cleaner used to clean food soils on concrete quarry tile floors and grout. Regular use of this product will help maintain free flowing drain lines and eliminate the need for other grease trap digestants.
Mildew Scum Remover	Dissolves mildew on contact. May have bleaching effect on clothing or canvas.
Multi-Purpose Cleaner	A concentrated all purpose cleaner. Uses the latest technology and surfactants on the market. Excellent for removing petroleum based soils. USDA C1 approved.
No Solvent - All Purpose Cleaner	A powerfully alkaline solvent free general purpose cleaner. Will clean and emulsify oil and grease as well as any cleaners containing solvents. USDA A1 approved.
Neutral Multi - Purpose Cleaner	Neutral Multi-Purpose Cleaner uses a careful blend of high and low pH surfactants emulsifiers and wetting agents to accomplish a neutral multi-purpose cleaner. It will clean oil grease grime dirt inks and most other soils Will not harm any surface which is unaffected by water including tile terrazzo porcelain marble concrete enamel and metal. Will not remove or harm floor finishes. Fresh citrus fragrance.
