FILLING MACHINE (Z1400)

PNEUMATIC CYLINDER ACTUATOR

Innosol, Inc. offers a complete line of filling machines with pneumatic components including cylinders actuators and valves.

Filling Machine Components:

Filling nozzle assembly machined in-house using 316 stainless steel. Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade amongst the austenitic stainless steels. The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than Grade 304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.

This nozzle has an overflow control allowing excess fluid to drain back into the original container or container of choice. The nozzle snuggles up to the container and uses a spring and seal to reduce spills.

Foot Pedal – A 3 way pedal with spring operates the pneumatic cylinder

Fill Switch – Easily mounted on the table, side of the table, or near the foot pedal, for operation using hands, hip, or foot.

Pump - Shift Valve provides ultra-positive, reliable shift signal, with an "Unbalanced" Air Valve, and bolted construction for leak-free fluid-handling reliability and ease of assembly. Positive priming provides instant start-ups & a broad range in materials of construction for optimum fluid compatibility

Pneumatic Cylinder - Our Z1400 Cylinder is of tie rod construction and rugged, yet attractive.  This cylinder was specifically designed for minimum overall length in relation to the stroke and is available in several convenient mounting styles.

Stainless Steel Tables are available to purchase to mount the filling machine.

 

Pancake Compressor – 3.5 SCFM for faster tank recharge of 6 gal tank, 150 PSI max for longer tool run time, 120 PSI cut-in pressure provides 30 PSI "Bonus Air" before a 90 PSI tool becomes inoperable

1.5 (running) HP induction motor for long life, High-FloSM air regulator and push to connect couplers, Only 34 lbs. for easy moving.

Z1400 Series

Z1400 Properties:

 

Cylinder OD – is clear anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance.

 

The Bore ID is Hard Anodized – Hard anodizing is an electrochemical process which provides a very dense surface of aluminum oxide that actually impregnates the base aluminum. It forms an extremely hard (60 Rc) surface with a low coefficient of friction. Hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance exceeds that of chrome plated steel.

 

An Extra Long Rod Bearing – provides long and rigid support for the piston rod. The bearing material is Duralon® on all bore sizes.

 

The Piston Rod – is Hard Chrome Plated Stainless Steel. The standard rod end is fine female thread tapped and has long wrench flats.

 

Piston Construction – The piston is aluminum for light weight. The piston rod pilot end and a pilot washer enable bolting the assembly securely while maintaining precise concentricity for smooth cylinder performance.
